Michele Hammann

Michele re-joined SSC CPAs + Advisors, Inc. in 2005 and then SSC Wealth in 2019. She serves her clients through proactive business consulting and financial planning. Michele is also a certified valuation analyst. She has passed her FINRA Series 7 & 66 exams.

Michele received her Master of Accounting and Information Systems in 2001 form the University of Kansas. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Kansas Society of CPAs and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. She is the past Chairman of the Board of the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce and past President of Junior Achievement of Douglas County. In 2019 Michele received the KSCPA/AICPA 'Women to Watch' Experienced Leader Award.

Michele lives in Lawrence with her husband Jerry and their two children, Jacob and Elyse. They spend much of their time traveling or planning where they are going to travel next. She is an avid Disney fan and has attended the Disney Institute for Leadership.
